The Studio apartment is set in a sunny ,quiet park area with lakes and fountains and superb mountain views within the Palace "Grubhof" grounds situated between the villages of Lofer and Saint Martin.

The centre of Lofer is easily reached within 20 mins walk 2 km /St Martin 10 mins 1km. There is a Bus Stop at end of drive way which links with Zell am See ,Salzburg and Lofer. There is also a Winter Ski Bus up to the Lofer Alm 5 mins away.

An ideal entrance to the network of walking and cyclying tracks.The river Saalach is 200m away.
